That is the one consistent truth I have discovered across more than 60 years.

Over more than six decades in business, leadership and community involvement, I have had the privilege of working with organisations of many sizes and purposes from privately owned businesses to sporting clubs and volunteer organisations.
My experience spans business ownership and leadership across financial services, retail and advisory industries, service as President of a large suburban football club, and Vice President of the Australian Society of Investment and Financial Advisers. In 2005, I published Bruce Reid's Guide to Football's Holy Grail, examining what separates consistently successful clubs from the rest.
Today my focus is simple: helping leaders of football clubs create stronger cultures, make better decisions and achieve better outcomes. I challenge conventional thinking to show there are always better ways of running your club.
